Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Cancellations received prior to June 30, 2026 will receive a 80% refund.
Cancellations received from July 1, 2026 until August 15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
No refund on cancellations received on and after August 16, 2026.

How to register
1.Complete the registration form
Please complete the online registration form in order to register. First select your registration type.
2.Pay registration fee
Once you have completed your registration, payment for your selected registration type must be made by bank transfer. The bank transfer must be received within 5 days from the date of registration and, in any case, before the expiry date of the selected rate. If payment is made after the deadline for the selected rate, the registration fee will be automatically updated and a supplementary payment will be required. Payments can be made in Euros or Lei.
3.Submit abstract
Abstracts must be submitted by email to icsb2026mangalia@gmail.com no later than July 31, 2026.

Once payment has been confirmed, a summary of your registration will be sent to you by email. Bank transfer fees must be paid by the sender and added to the total registration amount.
3. Submit abstract
Abstract submission deadline
31 July 2026
Abstracts must be submitted in English, using UK English spelling.
The presenting author of an accepted abstract must register for and attend the conference. The number of submissions is limited to 3 per presenting author. Please provide a short, specific title that clearly indicates the scientific content of the abstract.
Formatting requirements:
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing. The title must not exceed 30 words. Please do not use capital letters.
The abstract text must not exceed 250 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations).
Presentation formats:
Oral presentations: 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions and answers.
Posters: A0 format, portrait orientation.
Abstracts must be sent to: icsb2026mangalia@gmail.com in .doc or .docx format.
